What makes a great KCDP talk

  • Grounded in real work: projects, migrations, incidents, and lessons learned.
  • Useful across disciplines, from engineering to analytics to leadership.
  • Tool-agnostic thinking, even when you demo a specific tool.
  • Education over marketing. No sales pitches from the stage.

Not sure your idea is ready? Send it anyway. We're happy to help shape a rough idea into a talk, pair you with a co-presenter, or suggest a shorter lightning-talk format.

How it works

  1. Tell us about your idea. A title and a few sentences are enough to start.
  2. We follow up by email. You get a copy of your submission, with the organizers copied, so the conversation starts right away.
  3. We pick a date together. We match talks to upcoming meetups and help with anything you need before the event.
